• Age: 18+ by the start of orientation.

• Background: No criminal convictions.

• Health: No communicable diseases and able to meet the physical and mental demands of the role.

English camp is rewarding but intense. It requires physical stamina and emotional maturity—being around kids all day isn't for everyone. We are looking for people who are:

• Reliable: You have a dependable, mature outlook on life and work.

• Flexible: You are adaptable and have a “go with the flow” attitude.

• Open-minded: You are patient and ready to embrace new cultures.

• Energetic: You can stay active and keep a positive attitude all day.

• Role Models: You'll represent your country and the ECC with pride.

• Age: 20+ by the start of orientation.

• Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and punctuality.

• Language: Italian or German is optional—if you’re a great leader, please still apply!
